New Horizons Nashua is a State of New Hampshire licensed Post Secondary Education Institution. For more information, please visit their web site at http://ww.nh.gov/postsecondary/index.html.
CLASS REPEATS
Class repeats are available on a space-available basis for up to six months. Be sure to bring your original courseware with you. The standard cancellation policies apply, as outlined above. A class may be repeated only if the original class was taken in its entirety and a certificate was issued.
ON CLASS DAY
We suggest arriving 20 minutes prior to your class time. If you are paying with a coupon, remember to bring it with you. Room temperatures may vary, so you might want to bring something extra (a jacket or sweater) for your own comfort. If you arrive 20 minutes late your seat may be given to another student or you may not be admitted to the class.
WAITLIST (STANDBY) POLICY
When students request enrollment in a class that is full, they can choose to be waitlisted (put on standby) for the class. The student is not enrolled in the class and is not guaranteed a seat in the class. The student is waitlisted (or put on standby). In the event that a seat opens up, the student may be contacted to confirm or cancel their enrollment. The student can also arrive the day of the class, and if a seat is open 20 minutes after the class start time, the student may be seated. Waitlisted (standby) students are seated on a first to arrive, first to seat basis until all open seats are taken.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Students arriving late (20 minutes after the class start time) may not be seated in the class. Anyone arriving late for a class will be asked to wait until the first class break to see if they are able to be seated in the class. It is recommended that late arrivals reschedule (if possible) to avoid missing crucial material and from disrupting the course flow for other students.
POLICIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
